$5,000 Milestone Reached

Today, my cumulative online earnings have surpassed the $5,000 mark. I wish I could go back in time and try making money online much sooner than I did. Unfortunately, I was like most people and was very skeptical that you could actually make money on the internet and viewed the majority of making money online techniques as scams. Oh well, there is no use crying over spilled milk, so I will just be grateful that I made the wise decision to give making money online a try.

Now I don’t want to deceive anyone here, I am certainly not getting rich quick with my online money-making techniques. I would be happy if I were getting rich slowly, but that is not happening either. These earnings have been accumulated over a period of 20 months. Furthermore, I bet I have made the LEAST amount of money online than any other blog in the top 250 45n5 top 100 MMO list (although I am working to change this.) There are many bloggers who earn more than $5,000 a month and would probably laugh at my accomplishment.

Still, I am happy that my online endeavors have made my bank account $5,000 larger. This money have been especially useful during these tough economic times. More importantly, my earnings have opened my mind to try other, more lucrative ways to make money online. Hopefully, these new techniques will help me earn my next $5,000 in a lot less time than 20 months.

I just have a couple of questions for you. How long has it taken you to reach the $5,000 mark for your online work? What are some things you have focused on specifically which you feel you could share with others who may be reading your blog? I know you’ve talked about them before, but having them in one full blog post would be great. Thanks.

  3. Congratulations. I think as the money starts to be made, it gets easier to add to the earning and grow and repeat and slowing build up your monthly earnings.

It must take some time to get to the $5K mark, do you have set tasks you do each day, so that you can acheive this goal?

Thanks for the honesty. It is refreshing to hear a non-quick rich scheme where you are actually making money!

  12. Congratulations :)

You have to realise that making money online is a gradual process. The number of page views to your blog should be exponential and therefore over the next 20 month you can expect to multiply your earnings.

Did you declare your online earnings to be taxed or not? I think there’s a boundary over which you need to but I’m not quite sure of that annual amount.
