Obama’s New Year’s Resolutions

About this time, every year, millions of Americans start to develop their annual New Year’s Resolutions. Since President Elect Obama is probably pretty busy coming up with plans to run our country, I decided to take the liberty to construct a list of his possible resolutions.

1. Learn how to say “That was Bush’s fault” in at least 20 languages.

2. Fix the leaking faucet in the Oval Office to immediately save tax payer’s money.

3. Quit smoking in order to avoid burning down the White House.

4. Put all cabinet meetings on YouTube to increase the transparency of the government

5. Skip the in-flight Air Force One movies to concentrate on fixing the economy.

6. Eliminate the word “bailout” from American’s vocabulary by the end of the year.

7. Give up the Blackberry

8. Cancel the appearance at the Re-Elect Governor Blagojevich function.

9. Make sure new puppy gets along with Biden’s new dog to avoid dog fighting scandal.

10. Keep resume up to date just in case the economy takes a turn for the worse.
