Are Pay To Click Websites Worth It??

If you are a regular reader of this blog, you know that I pick up pennies off the ground–no matter where they are located. But do I pick up pennies on the internet? Basically, that is what Pay to Click (PTC) sites are all about. You click on an advertisement, keep the window open for 30 seconds, and you have made your commission. It really is that simple.

Still, the question remains, are PTC sites worth your time? I believe that for most people they are a waste of your time. All of the people who make significant money from these PTC sites are making it because they have referred others to the program. If you do not refer others, it will take you a long time to get paid at most sites. For instance, I am a memeber of Hits4Pay, a PTC that pays 2 cents per ad viewed and that gives you a free $10 to sign up. However, the catch is that the minimum payment is $25. As a result, even with the $10 they give you free, you would have to view 750 ads to actually get paid. Since, on average, they offer 5 ads per day to view, it will take you 5 months of viewing ads to make the minimum payment. Yes, it is easy money, but you could have been using your time making much more money taking surveys.

Okay, that being said, why do I still use PTC sites to make money online? The most important reason is that I do refer others to join the program. For every member I refer to Hits4Pay, I receive one penny every time they view an ad. No, this won’t get you rich, but it slowly ads up and is passive income. I also still use these sites because I am able to view these sites in a separate window while doing other things on the net–a tactic anyone can use. I guess I just can’t resist not picking up those pennies.

So, unless you intend on referring others or spend lots of time on the internet and don’t mind constantly switching windows, I really can not recommend PTC sites as a way to make some extra cash. If you are like me and just can’t resist picking up those pennies, then I would recommend Hits4Pay and Clixsense as !00% legitimate sites.

No they’re not worth it to me. It’s impossible to make good money without referring people, and I would rather refer people to sites with good products instead :)

I think PPC is a great way to make some cash. I tried affiliate marketing for a month and the money I made was extremely low compared to the money I make from Google! Maybe it’s my target audience but it’s what I found!

There has to be pay to click sites that pay at least 25 cents to click or even one dollar, not one cent like you said if the minimum payout is $1.00 you’d have to click one hundred times just to reach the payout. There is this one site I’m on http://www.rapidptc.com that pays ten dollar per click with a fifty dollar payout and ten ads every day, easy to reach payout
